Can you replace lenses in any Warby Parker frame?
If your Warby Parker frame is Rx-compatible (able to hold prescription lenses), we can make new lenses for it. If you're unsure, email us a photo of the frame and we'll confirm whether it will work.
Do you work with Warby Parker acetate and metal frames?
Yes, as long as the frame is Rx-compatible. Every lens is cut, edged, and fit to your frame by our optician team.
Will my frames be safe?
Every package is insured both directions. When your frames arrive at our Salt Lake City lab, an optician inspects them before any work begins. If we see a crack, a loose hinge, or anything we'd want to know about, we call you first.
Can you put prescription lenses in my Warby Parker sunglasses?
Yes, if the frame is Rx-compatible. We offer prescription polarized and photochromic lenses for Warby Parker sunglass frames.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship back within 5–7 business days of arriving at our Utah lab. Progressives with specialty coatings can take 7–10.
What's your return policy?
If something isn't right — fit, prescription, coating, or any issue caused by our lab — let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll remake your lenses at no charge or refund the lens cost. See our return and refund policy for details.
Are you affiliated with Warby Parker?
No. We're an independent Salt Lake City lab. We make new lenses for the Warby Parker frames you already own; your new lenses won't carry Warby Parker branding.
