Acceptance of terms

By using this website, creating an account, or placing an order with LensOnUs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Who we are

LensOnUs is a U.S.-based online service that makes custom prescription replacement lenses for frames you already own. We operate through our Utah lab and ship within the United States.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the prescription you provide is valid, unexpired, and written for you by a licensed eye care professional.

Orders and prescriptions

  • All lenses are custom-made to the prescription and measurements you provide during checkout.
  • You are responsible for entering your prescription accurately. We are not liable for vision issues caused by incorrect prescription data.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the prescription appears invalid, expired, or incompatible with the selected frame.
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference. Small variations in tint, coating appearance, or lens thickness may occur.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor. Prices are subject to change, but once you complete an order, the price you paid is locked in.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Standard shipping is free both ways for qualifying orders. Most orders ship back within 5–7 business days after we receive your frames. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Because every lens is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for a refund for change of mind. If something is wrong due to our error, we offer a 30-day remake or refund guarantee. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Frame damage and liability

We inspect and photograph every frame before work begins. We are not responsible for frames that break due to age, brittleness, prior damage, or materials that cannot safely withstand lens installation. If we believe your frame is at risk, we will contact you before proceeding.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by LensOnUs or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

Prohibited use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false prescriptions, to interfere with site operations, or to attempt to access restricted systems or data.

Medical disclaimer

LensOnUs is not a medical provider. We manufacture lenses based on the prescription you supply. If you experience headaches, dizziness, or any vision concerns, contact your eye care professional immediately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LensOnUs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of lenses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies to your order. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
