How Premier FL-41 compares
Generic FL-41 is all over the map — some rose, some rust, some deep orange, some much darker than others. Ours is one consistent color, every order.

So what is FL-41?
It's a rose-colored tint first made to take the sting out of fluorescent office lighting. People found it helped with a lot more than that.

What does FL-41 cost?

Do I need a prescription?
Not necessarily. FL-41 can be made in your prescription or as a plano (non-prescription) lens if you just want the tint. If you have a prescription, upload a photo of it during checkout or give us your doctor's details and we'll request it.
FL-41 or Avulux for migraine?
FL-41 ($109) is the widely used light-sensitivity tint and works well for fluorescent and LED discomfort. Avulux ($329) is a precision migraine lens engineered to filter a narrower band of light. If migraine attacks — not general light discomfort — are your main problem, Avulux is worth the upgrade. Both are options in our configurator.
