Can you replace lenses in any Costa frame?
If your Costa frame is Rx-compatible (able to hold prescription lenses), we can make new lenses for it. If you're unsure, email us a photo of the frame and we'll confirm whether it will work.
Will you install Costa's own lenses?
No. We make our own lenses for your frame, including prescription polarized and photochromic options. Your frame must be Rx-compatible; if you're unsure, email us a photo before ordering and we'll confirm.
Will my frames be safe?
Every package is insured both directions. When your frames arrive at our Salt Lake City lab, an optician inspects them before any work begins. If we see a crack, a loose hinge, or anything we'd want to know about, we call you first.
Can you put prescription lenses in my Costa sunglasses?
Yes, if the frame is Rx-compatible. We offer prescription polarized and photochromic lenses for Costa sunglass frames.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship back within 5–7 business days of arriving at our Utah lab. Progressives with specialty coatings can take 7–10.
What's your return policy?
If something isn't right — fit, prescription, coating, or any issue caused by our lab — let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll remake your lenses at no charge or refund the lens cost. See our return and refund policy for details.
Are you affiliated with Costa?
No. We're an independent Salt Lake City lab. We make new lenses for the Costa frames you already own; your new lenses won't carry Costa branding.
