An optician inspects every frame by hand before any work begins. If anything looks off, we call before we cut.
Free-form surfacing
Your prescription is cut into a blank on a digital free-form generator — sub-micron precision, every job.
Free-form polishing
Digital free-form polishing on a Schneider HSC Sprint shapes progressive and high-prescription lenses to match your eyes, not a stock curve.
AR coating, in-house
Anti-reflective and scratch coatings happen in our own clean room. No three-week handoff to a third-party facility.
Tinting (if you want it)
Sunglass tints, gradients, and custom colors — dyed by hand from our in-house color vats.
Edged on MEI, fit & QC'd
Lenses are precision-edged to your frame on Italian-built MEI dry-cut edgers, then fit, lensometer-checked, polished, and packed for the trip home.
