Do I need to send my current frames?
Yes. We replace the lenses in the frames you already love — send them in with the free prepaid label and we ship them back with your new lenses installed.
What if my prescription doesn't work with my frames?
When your frames arrive, an optician inspects them. If your prescription won't fit safely (very strong Rx in a thin rimless frame, for example), we'll call you before cutting anything.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship back within 5–7 business days of arriving at our Utah lab. Progressives with specialty coatings can take 7–10.
What's your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the fit, prescription, or coating isn't right, send them back — we'll re-cut them or refund you.
Is this compatible with any frame brand?
We work with virtually any Rx-compatible frame. If you're unsure whether yours will work, email us a photo before ordering and we'll confirm.
